What Is the BOB U Salon Exclusive Program?
The Bob U Salon Exclusive Program allows salons to access all of the Bob University haircutting education at a premier price. You get 90+ haircutting videos, plus live calls with Ray to allow stylists extra time to ask questions, get help or go over any issues they may be experiencing with their haircuts. They can ask specific questions and Ray will answer them and help them through their problems live. The video library is always growing, and there's exciting content being added regularly.
What Can I Expect?
The intention of BOB U is to take a weight off of the salon owner's plate by providing in depth haircutting education. Our focus is on short haircutting, since that is where most stylists struggle the most. We do cover concepts that will translate to long haircutting, too, of course. Ray will provide support to your team during our weekly zoom style live calls. If you need extra support, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Do You Have a Guarantee?
I do have a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not totally happy, you can cancel your membership at anytime.
If you get into BOB University and within the first 2 weeks can tell it's not for you, you'll receive a full refund of your registration fee.
If you are displeased passed the two week mark, connect with me and we will work to make you happy.
What is the Cost?
The cost is dependent upon how many student's you'd like to enroll. Keep in mind, you can transfer students in and out of the program at any time without additional fees. So, when one stylist is feeling more confident and no longer needs BOB U training, you can replace them with a newer stylist. Choose a tier based upon how many stylists need education (not necessarily how many stylists you have at the salon, unless ALL of them need haircutting education). See the Tiers Below.
What is BOB U Certification?
Many clients are looking for highly skilled haircutters that specialize in modern women's short hair! When your stylists move through the coursework inside of BOB University, they will be given the option to test out for certification. This entails a video test out process, where they show all aspects of 3 different haircuts. Ray personally watches all of the videos. If improvements need to be made, then personalized feedback is given, so the stylist can retest. Once the video exam is passed, then the stylist is given "BOB U Certification" status, and a vinyl sticker is sent for the stylist to use on their mirror, on their social media and or on the salon window. Eventually, the public will be able to look up BOB U certified stylists on our website (this is in the works!).
BOB U certification will increase client trust.
